The Hawaii Section of the American Society for Quality and the Hawaii Award of Excellence is hosting a first ever conference in Hawaii focused on the United States Baldrige Performance Excellence Program
Other activities may be scheduled in conjunction with this event.

Baldrige Performance Excellence provides organizations and leaders with an internationally
recognized framework to help improve and get sustainable organizational results.
There will be several nationally recognized speakers who include
JoAnn Sternke (former superintendent Pewaukee School district Pewaukee Wisconsin Baldrige recipient 2013) judge in the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program
Pete Reicks (executive with Elevations Credit Union Boulder Colorado Baldrige recipient 2014)
John Latham (author of ‘Re[Create] the Organization you Really Want’ and developer of the Organizational Design Studio
Steve Bovey (Director of Quality Adventist Health Castle a Baldrige recipient in 2017)
Kevin Deats (Baldrige master examiner and judge in the American Health Care Association National Quality Award Program)
